If you only could have been a fly on the wall during my last confession... I even embarrassed myself. And then the Helicopter Mom's always pumping me for details afterwards. Feh...

Just for your arteries. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poutine
I had a nice sensible salad for lunch, then ate a zillion peppermint puffs.

Slice in half lengthwise (or if you prefer, just cut into thick chunks) and cook in butter and brown sugar over medium heat not longer than 1.5 minutes. You can throw in a small amount of orange juice or rum after about 15-30 seconds. Remove with a spatula.

LG: I have to try the bananas! How do you do the peanut butter glaze?"
I just whisked in about a tablespoon of pb into the warm caramel/butter mixture. But I think I'd leave off the pb if I did it again.

Sarah, yes, I probably out-ate your pony in my peppermint puff consumption yesterday. :blush:I just had a simple salad for lunch today--romaine, cheddar, bacon and peppercorn dressing. But I'm eyeing the candy dish!
Awesome bowl of chicken orzo soup and half of a chicken salad sandwich on some of the best 7 grain bread I've ever had
"Supremely Spicy" hummus.
Now I'm eating leftovers from last night. Chicken, onion, yellow and red bell pepper skewers seasoned with cumin, cayenne, crushed red pepper and chili poweder over rice. Turned out really well.
KO, I'm trying that recipe you gave me with the chicken & potatoes in the oven thingy this weekend. I'll let you know if it's a hit. :)

LOVE Sugar Smacks! Phil, you really need to eat some real food once in a while.
Grandpa treated us to Mongolian Grill tonight. Boy, the look on his face when I load up my bowl with all the veggies. Hehe. He's definitely a low-veggie, high-meat kind of guy.
