Then there's the bread . . .

I want to try crystallized ginger next. The pineapple chunks are good. I don't like the crystallized kiwi as much. Somehow it just doesn't work as well (nor do I like dried apricots or dried peaches).

I'm not a great fan of kiwi fruit although I haven't tried the crystallised version. I eat dried fruits every day, usually dates or raisins. I like mango, too. I like apricots and peaches if the fruit is not too tough.
I love dates but they are so expensive. I like mango but it's so messy that I rarely bother. I also don't buy peaches often as they are so hit or miss. You can get a great tasting peach but lately you're more likely to get a hard one that never ripens but just goes from hard to rotten. Thank goodness for apples, cherries, and bananas which rarely fail me. Even plums lately have been disappointing.

The dried mango is yummy but quite chewy.
Spinach and romaine salad with feta, olives, sunflower seeds, baby tomatoes, watermelon and honeydew chunks, tofu chunks, orange peppers, red onions.

Lemon Lift decaf iced tea with Whole Earth Nature Sweet sweetener (made with stevia and monk fruit, whatever those things are).
