I had a small leftover portion of a lamb chop, a small leftover portion of a pork chop and leftover yakisoba noodles. It looked like something I should have thrown away instead of saved.
It did taste good!
I'm starting an afternoon of water to compensate for the sodium...right now.......

McDonald's hot chocolate. I have to say, it is the best hot chocolate. Much better than what is sold at gourmet coffee shops.
