Sorry, Ken. I was just goofing because I thought you were the other Ken. You're a new Ken. Welcome to TC and my weird sense of humor.
Nothing but a giant cup of coffee so far, but I'm heading out for lunch now. I hate trying to decide what to eat when I'm super hungry.
Lunch was leftovers from last night. I made soba noodles with shitake mushrooms, pea vines, Thai basil, and plenty of chili pepper. I'd never had pea vines before. They have a great flavor but take a lot of effort to chew.
so far today i've drank half a pot of coffee and a diet mountain dew. should be wired, i know, but i'm still so tired that i have a nauseating headache right behind my eyes. thinking about trying to keep pasta salad, with little bitty pepperonis, mushrooms and black olives, dressed with ceasar dressing down. perhaps a bit of imitrol first. i'm constantly nauseated of late. NO, not preggers, gall bladder and appendix already gone. anybody have any ideas?

Which I get from: heat, humidity, allergies, too much coffee, not enough water, read wine and sudden changes in barometric pressure.
Hope you feel better :)
For dinner we had pasta with fiddleheads, shrimp & fresh herbs in cream sauce with greek salad. :)The cream sauce was made with the new Philadelphia cooking cream! It’s the most fabulous stuff. When I’m trying to be healthy I normally use cream cheese, but it’s thick and gooey- this one is thin! It blends right into stock to make a lovely (and much healthier/quicker) alfredo sauce!! I tried the Santa Fe flavour for enchiladas, it was just ok and had the plain a few times on pasta- yummy! Add your own seasonings and poof!
No, drunk Lg. The last thing I ate was ham and rice casserole, half a mango fruit roll up thing, and part of a strawberry lemonade cookie, if you must know.

I went out for supper with a friend and ordered Butter Chicken on a bed of rice with potatoes and carrots. It was served with Nan bread and a mixed green salad with a balsamic dressing. It was very tasty, except there were two quarter sized chunks of chicken in the whole dish. There were at least 5 new potatoes. I wanted to ask the waitress if they should perhaps change the name of the dish to Butter Potatoes.

Or I could just say, "Sally, 358-353 ≠ 26!"
I lied, actually I ate a bratwurst right after the burger. I wish I'd eaten them in reverse order, because the burger was better.
Minty peas and pasta with my garlic scape pesto. I half thought the minty peas might counteract the pesto, but I'm fairly sure you can smell my breath through the computer. Can't you?

I just had honeydew melon
I recently found mint peas, frozen peas with several little discs of butter and mint leaves included, at Trader Joe's. They are delicious!
