Well I am still eating really. One of the PA's made and brought into the office to share, chocolate brownies. Sometimes you just need a chocolate fix. These are perfect. They are just that little bit deliciously gooey in the centre. Mmmmm, yummy.

Oh, Gail, I hate that feeling! The brownies sound worth it, though.I just had some spicy trail mix with rice noodles, sesame sticks, sunflower seeds, etc.
Zu sent me with a lunch of test-recipes. A really good spicy black bean patty, and a salmon cake, and salad. There's also a lentil spread for laters.

I just wiped down my counter in preparation for rolling out a pie crust. I make a butter pie crust, which is AMAZING. I'm never going back to shortening pie crusts, never ever!

The sweet potato was WAY too sweet for me when I bought it, so I've been looking for creative ways to use it up. This was Zu's idea. The sweet/savory worked really well.
Corn on the cob with butter. It's on sale this week, 4/$1.
