evie (ecie) | 4448 comments Lobstergirl wrote: "Banana with peanut butter."

Do you smear the peanut butter on the banana or mash them both together?

message 1315: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24819 comments Mod
I don't mash. I pretty much put a dollop of peanut butter on a slice of banana and eat with a fork. If I had honey it would be even better.

I just realized that I haven't eaten meat for three days. Completely by accident. Although I haven't substituted my protein very well, so maybe that's why I feel so tired today?

I actually just saw some hot cross buns at the local Harris Teeter last night. I thought it was odd, as I'd never seen them outside the Ren Faire.

I like hot cross buns. They're honey topped, right?

message 1347: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Jane's were glazed on top with a bit of honey and contained candied ginger and other fruitcake-like candied fruits. Mostly like bread/buns, with a cross of icing on top.

message 1348: by [deleted user] (new)

In England it was raisins, if I remember correctly. I used to order them for the husband, but never ate them (I hate raisins).
