I've never had one, but this link has a recipe for a bar that they say is similar to Pret-a-Manger.

I just finished a roasted vegetable roti - a wrap made with hummus, cucumber, eggplant, mushrooms, red peppers, onions, tomatoes and lots of feta cheese. Now I'm eating kale, sausage and bean soup. The soup counter downstairs is incredible! All fresh home made foods.

I love a roti. The one I buy has some kind of hot and spicy sauce instead of the feta, and chicken instead of eggplant, I think. Soooo good.

When we volunteered in St. Lucia, once in a while a local gal would come over to the volunteer compound with homemade roti (delicious bread/pita cooked in coconut oil) and a chicken mix to put with it. It was heaven.

No, it's from a takeout restaurant (chain) called Pret-a-Manger.
