message 769: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I hate hard peaches. There, I said it.

I bought a peach pie recently and was displeased to discover they hadn't removed the skins on the peaches. It was very chewy and kind of gross. It would have been quite good otherwise.

message 776: by Helena (new)

Helena | 1056 comments I don’t know if it’s hair... but I know exactly what you mean and they definitely look like hairs and they are gross.

I always pull all the skin off my fried chicken. I don’t want any of those nasty hairs on it.

It was tasty - I just threw it all together willy nilly. I'm a bad cook. If things taste good, it's usually accidental.
