Fish taco with salmon. I got a couple of Sockeye Salmon fillets at Sam's Club and roasted them with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and olive oil. So far, we've had three meals from that salmon. So good.
Uglies kettle chips.
These are advertised as chips "with slight imperfections" or brown edges or darker which otherwise would be thrown out, by other chip companies.
They just look like regular kettle chips. I didn't see the "ugly".

Our garden is producing pounds and pounds of tomatoes. Last night I fixed roasted tomato sauce, and today I will make a tomato tart with puff pastry and a dab of Grey Poupon spread over the crust.
Tuna sandwich. Tuna salad with capers. Wegman's kettle chips. Wegman's is not a good store for chips. I don't like their house brand kettle chips.
I bought some fancy cheeses to eat on crackers. Real Stilton from U.K., Rocquefort, Kilaree Irish aged cheddar, and Capricho de Cabra from Spain (soft goat cheese with herbs) which is sooo good. The Rocquefort is the most intense, I think for me would be better tossed in a salad.
Oh, those all sound delicious. We were at Dromoland Castle in Ireland and had two small children with us. Dinner lasted hours, with frequent running breaks in the hallway for the children. The waiters were completely charmed by my little ones, and kept bringing them little plates of beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables.
We ordered a cheese plate. My husband asked our very proper, British waiter what a certain cheese was.
He responded, "Why, it's Stilton, sir!"
It was lovely.
I had two county conventions today and ended up filling my car with gas at a Kum and Go in Ellsworth, Iowa. I bought a box of Girl Scout cookies from a Scout from Iowa Falls, Iowa. Then I bought a Southwestern Chicken Wrap from Kum and Go. One of these choices was better than the other.
