CVS Lemon Cake Batter bite sized cookies. These are so good. I might stop in the store again to see if they're still on sale.

There's a store here in town dedicated to selling something called a spudnut. I've never heard of spudnuts before but, in Utah, they can apparently support a retail location and all associated costs.

Spudnuts were quite popular at one time. The franchises became locally owned some time ago. I remember them from skiing in the Rockies. Never really cared for them.
Crazy. Never heard of a donut made with potato flour before. Apparently the parent company went out of business but the independent stores are allowed to exist, and they each have to come up with their own recipe. California has the most stores. There's one in Vietnam.
Yesterday, chicken liver dinner from Zehnder's in Frankenmuth.
Today, chicken shawarma at the Plymouth Art Fair.
