Chain E-mails

I had to get to this first. ;) Here we can discuss the worst chain mails, talk about the most annoying ones, etc. etc....

Well once I had a chain mail that said that if I didn't forward this to 2000 people in the next 10 minutes my computer would be infected with viruses. Um... HELLO!! Who has 2000 people's email addresses. I just deleted it and guess what... my computer didn't get infected... duh!

I hate those ones that say; "IF YOU DO NOT SEND THIS TO 20 PEOPLE IN THE NEXT 20 MINUTES BLOODY MARY WILL GOUGE YOUR EYEBALLS OUT!!!!" or "IF YOU FORWARD THIS TO 2 PEOPLE YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR FRIENDS, IF YOU FORWARD TO 10 PEOPLE YOUR CRUSH WILL KISS YOU, IF YOU FORWARD THIS TO 50 PEOPLE YOUR CRUSH WILL MARRY YOU AND YOU WILL LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER"
I hate them!!!!

That's the one I hate the most... There was an especially creepy Bloody Mary chain going around a few years ago, and it absolutely terrified me. I was afraid of mirrors and dying for weeks! But then once she didn't come to maim me, I got over it. :P

Although the mirror thing is freaky when you hear rumors and such.... *shudders*

Yeah... It was a very graphic description. And then they had a few stories of people who were hurt/killed by not sharing the email by Bloody Mary... Not that I believe that rubbish.

It's also annoying when a friend sends it and writes " I'm only sending it just in case"
As if that makes it any less annoying!

I even got one once that said "DON'T READ THIS SARAH I'M SORRY".... then WHY ARE YOU SENDING THIS RUBBISH TO ME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!! Sheesh..... The worst thing is, I always have to read them, just to see what other people can believe. XD


Oh yeah I'm sure it was fake, because I didn't send it and LOOK AT ME MANY YEARS LATER TYPING THIS!!! :)

ohh i hate chain mails. im like "If I send this to 15 people... who cares?" some of them say TAKE THIS CHANCE TO SHOW YOUR CLOSEST FRIENDS HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THEM. im like, if they are truly my closest friends, they should know that i love them without me having to send them a chain email saying so!

Yeah... that happened to me too Sarah. My friend sent me chain mails and I asked her to stop and then I sent her chain mails and she got really angry!!!

I also agree with Proud. I don't have to send them an email which is so fake but they should know that they are my closest friends without me having to send a fake email about it!!

There was this one girl who kept sending me chains and so I kept sending her emails telling her to stop, but she didn't and it got so bad I had to block her from my email list!

The only issue is that you'd never really know how many people have received it... Unless you say:

SEND TO TEN OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL AS BACK TO myemail@yahoo.com OR BE CURSED FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!1!1!1!1!!!!!!!111!!!!!!!!

I only like chain mails that have actual content; cool facts, jokes, pics.... And ones that don't pressure you into sending it to everyone in your contact list and potentially cursing them for life.
