"Um, that's the wrong way." Valora watched him closely. "Are you okay?"

Valora sighed quietly and started to follow him.

Valora stopped walking. "John. What's wrong?"

"Did you drink anything?" she asked suspiciously.

"Are you lying to me?"

Valora glanced down at the bottle. "John, why?"

Valora frowned. "You getting drunk is worse than me trying to help two babies!" She sighed as one of them woke up and started crying.

Valora backed away from him. "What on earth is wrong with you?! You've never been like this!"

Valora's eyes went wide. "YOU HAVEN'T GIVEN ME A CHANCE! He's hungry, okay!" At the shouting the other baby woke up and started to cry.

Valora backed up hurriedly. "JOHN! STOP IT!"

Josh loves Bliss so danm much :P wrote: "John glared at her. "Then shut their traps!" He yelled."

"Give me a couple minutes!" She backed up more and sat down against a wall.

"No, John. No more." She set one of the babies and dug through the bag she had brought until she found a small lollipop. She gave that to the baby and it quieted down as it stuffed the candy into it's mouth. Valora sighed and leaned back against the wall as she pulled up her shirt some and started to feed the hungry baby.

"By keeping a level head. If you drink, we're more likely to end up dead." Valora murmured.

"I don't care. I'm helping them."

She sighed sadly and looked down at the two innocent babies.

Valora sighed and finished feeding the baby. She pulled down her shirt and picked them both up, standing up.

Valora followed him, looking around.

Valora nodded and carefully got in the car, setting the babies on her lap.

Valora moved more into the shadows and pulled the babies a little closer to her.

Valora closed her eyes, her heart beating fast from fear.

Valora looked down at the baby and did her best to quietly get it to calm down.

Valora bounced the baby on her knee, not sure what it wanted.

Valora put a hand over the baby's mouth, quietly shushing it.

((okay... but if they're so advanced I would think they'd have something more like a heat detector(or whatever they're called). Just scan for their forms.))

Valora ducked her head and closed her eyes, muttering a short prayer.

Valora held the babies tightly as the van was pulled up.

Valora started trying to get the baby to quiet down again. Not sure what else to do.

Valora looked around as they were suddenly in a brighter area then before.

((but that doesn't make sense. I would think it would be bright because 1) they don't want to crash into the walls as they're flying in and 2) if it's dim people can sneak in easier and I don't think the aliens want that.))

Valora looked through the windows, wondering what would happen....

Valora bit her lip, wondering why John had had to jump out. Where was he?

Valora glanced over at the alien, then looked away with a sigh. She had hoped to never see another one in her life....

Valora winced and held the babies protectively as she picked up the pace.

Valora stared at the disgusting covering on the floor and struggled not to barf. She shifted her grip on the crying babies and sat on the only part of the floor that wasn't too bad.

the aliens had no facial expressions but you could almost see the contempt on their faces. "She has children" a voice said silkily, soothing in a terrifying way.

Valora shivered at the voice and looked towards the aliens, fear in her eyes.

Valora moved further back into the corner, holding the babies close as tears started to slide down her cheeks.
