what do you mean--like being in love with harry even though you're not ginny? sorry i might have misunderstood that. i just wouldnt ever kiss someone old enough to be my dad!

When I think of a character's qualities, I think that there relationships with other characters is a major part of that character. Twilight is an excellent example of this: a major point to Edward's character is that he is completely in love with Bella. I don't get how so many girls imagine themselves going out with Edward when such a major part of his character is in love with Bella.
maybe they imagine they *are* bella!!! gotta admit: there were times when i was reading PJ (especially #4 and #5) when i was like "hhhmmmm what would i do if i was annabeth??? i know i'd punch rachel in the face and tell percy to take me now or leave me forever!!!" (haha old movie reference) but yeah the point is sometimes even though it can be silly, i imagine myself as a character, especially if it's part of a couple!
That makes sense. *understanding nod* It still seems a bit ackward to me, though. Maybe I'm just weird.
I agree with amelia, i imagine myself as being that certain character, which is the only reason why im able to fall inlove with some characters and not others. like i always thought it was awkward when people were like 'I WANT TO BE BELLA!' because i never really fell in love with edwards character.... if you get what i mean. OH and i started a very-potter musical and i have to take back what i said about quirrel he IS cute in the musical :D my favorite though has to be malfoy!
But that's a girl! She's so funny though! :D

It's sorta weird imagining to be with Percy because I wouldn't want to get on the bad side of Annabeth and because of the way the book's written. I sorta think him as a really close guy-friend but not really as a boyfriend.
That's how I feel about Percy. I never really got a character crush on him. I'm glad you like the musical, Girija. ;D

EXACTLY!*being* annabeth puts you in a very good position :) but i totally understand imagining percy as just your best friend. there are lots of characters in books where i feel like that.
oh yeah and i think ron does snore, he also has dreams about spiders making him tap dance ;)
I remember that! also, in #4 when hermione wakes him up, he says... something, then goes back to sleep.(I kinda forgot what he said.)
And in his sleep he says something about spiders and Harry says, "you get those spiders Ron."
maybe that's in the book... not sure!!!
