Where can I get reliable, fast Internet for less than $42?

I'm currently with AT&T. If I give up long distance service, which I want to do, my Internet cost will be $42. Is there a better deal out there?

Thanks, Misha. Guess I'll stick with what I have. It's just irritating that AT&T makes you go with a "package" of phone services - ones that I don't want or use, yet am required to purchase. Impossible to get just simple local and long distance service and caller ID, plus the Internet service.
