19. Scandal in Spring by Lisa Kleypas: 23 June (5*)Loved this book. Matthew and Daisy are just perfect together.
21. Scandal of the Year by Laura Lee Guhrke: 8 July (5*)Loved this book and thought it was better than Wedding of the Season , the first book in the series.
Aidan and Julia are definitely going on my list of favourite couples!
22. Persuading Prudence by Liz Cole : 10th July (4*)This book was a pleasant surprise - enjoyable story, likeable H/H and plenty of spicy love scenes!
23. Yours Until Dawn by Teresa Medeiros: 23 July (5*)Still 5* and still one of my all time favorites!
24. When Love Is Enough by Laura Landon : 2 August (4*)25. Passions of a Wicked Earl by Lorraine Heath 6 August (5*)
29. Seduction & Scandal by Charlotte Featherston: 1 September (3*)I know I'm very much in a minority here but I found the book disappointing.
31. Just Like Heaven by Julia Quinn: 8 September (4*)32. The Return of Rafe MacKade by Nora Roberts: 10 September (4*)
33. Desired by Nicola Cornick: 15 September (5*)Loved this one! The best book so far in her Scandalous Women of the Ton series.
This was an ARC received from NetGalley and the book will be published on 15 November.
34. A Night to Surrender by Tessa Dare; 23 September (4*)Loved it! Wonderful blend of great characters, steamy romance and humour.
35. Silk Is for Seduction by Loretta Chase: 26 September (5*)Loretta Chase brilliantly combines sizzling chemistry, a great story and lots of humour!
Started a temporary job this month which will last until the end of January and so unfortunately my reading has had to take a back seat at present.

I'm retired but I have worked for this company during the Christmas period for the last 3 years. It gives me some extra money so I can buy some good presents for my husband and son and, of course, it enables me to get lots of books for myself! It's quite tiring because I'm standing for 4-6 hours a day and when I get home often I'm too tired to even do much reading!!

36. Scandalous Desires by Elizabeth Hoyt: 4 November (a huge 5*)This book far exceeded my expectations!! Great story and the Charming Mickey/Silence love scenes are so HOT!!! The identity of the Ghost of St Giles is revealed as well. (My guess was way out). Altogether, this will probably be the best book of the year for me.
