Unfortunately right now it's mainly freezer bags and for beans I use the small 2 c sized plastic cups with lids..

Simran, I don't know if the salad will last but the other things you mentioned should last at least a few days in the fridge. And, as Lee said, soups and stews do freeze well. Just heat and serve and they taste just as good as if they were just made, and most of the nutrients are preserved too. Let us know how it goes. It all sounds delicious to me.
