((Welcome back))The diner was about to close for the day, Whitney came out surprise he was still here. She grab his bill and walk over to him. "Here your bill."

He smiled and looked at the bill. He took out his wallet and put the money on the table. He then gave her a 10 dollar tip.
"Keep up the good work." he said smiling and starting to walk out.

She pick up his plate and the mug on top of the plate. She wipe down the table but then the mug slip off the plate falling to the ground. "Sh*T" She said and stop it from falling. It stop in the air, hovering over the floor and floating slowly up, she notice what she just did and cuss under her breath grabbing it before someone notice.
Seth heard in her mind what she had did. he froze for a few seconds outside the door. He shook it off and headed home, he would have to come back tomorrow.
She finish what she did and headed out. Needing to stop by the Jr. High to pick up James and his friends their parents ask her to walk them back home.
Seth suddenly remembered he had to stop by the Jr. high. He forgot he had to pick up some things. He volunteered there some times.
She waited outside for the boys. She look through her bag, fishing for her cell phone. She lean in to the chain fence that surround the school, texting her friend.
Seth walked to the school, heading for the entrance.
You had to walk through where she was to the school doors, you hear a distance ringing sign for the end of school day. She didn`t look up until she finish texting.
Seth walked in through the doors toward the office.
She push her phone in to her back pocket and walk in knowing how James was and take forever to come out.
Seth was trying to get through the crowded hallway. To many kids rushing around.
Lucky for her she manage not to get in to kid way to escape from school and went in to a class room. "Mrs Wood where James?" She ask walking over to the teacher desk.
Seth walked passed a classroom and peered in as he walked by. But he stopped and took a step back when he saw the girl from the diner.
"Well i don`t know he walk out with his friends." The teacher said without looking up. "Which of his friends? He needs to get home quick today." She didn`t notice Seth and the teacher look up and told her two of his friends he walk out. She raise and eyebrow, thinking to herself. oh damn it, he with the Elric brothers again.. "Thanks."
Seth sighed and kept on walking. She has to much stress. he thought to himself.
She walk out knowing where they probably are but not sure. She kick open the boy bathroom. "Mike!!! Get your butt out here before i drop kick it we need to find James." She said not stepping in. "Also you Jeff i know you are in their to." You hear sighs and whining two kids walk out a little annoy. "Lets go." She turns around and walk to the back door of the school with two little boys trailing be hide her.
Seth sighed he knew he had to help her. He waled after her.
She walk around to the side of the school where the kids smoke and do what ever when she use to go here. The smell of cigarette, she see the three boys and James back was facing her. "James Henry Diaz what are you doing?" She said and the boy tense up. "You better not be doing what i think you are doing." She said and put up a finger for the Elric brothers to be quiet. "I don`t need to hear what you have to say."
Seth heard what she was saying and he backed off deciding it was best to stay out of this one.
"I`m not doing anything at all Whitney." He said turning around with a unlit cigarette. "Yet, now drop that cigarette let go you know your making your mother worry sick." "She doesn`t care about me. .. " "Yes she does she working 2 jobs just to feed your mouth and your two little borthers. Now let go." She grab the back of his shirt and pull him back. Then look at the two brothers. "Now i don`t care what you do in your little time but your not alone to screw up James life with your Stupidity, i better not catch you with the other little kids on the block." They were paying much of attention and just laugh at her. "Why not? Since you did exactly what we are doing." They pointed out at the little perfect circle that are burn on her forearm. "oh that not where i got them at all now do you want me to talk to your dad?"
Seth got the things he needed and sat on a bench in front of the school. He sighed.
She manage to get them to listen and now she has exactly five little kids following her she dump their pack of cigarettes and their lighters in to the trash. "Walk in front don`t trust all of you be hide me." She told them, she sighs she felt like a mom to these kids and they came around the front of the school.
Seth looked at the stack of papers he had. Field trip forms for the class he volunteered for.
"They going to be the death of me one day." She mumble, she saw someone sitting on the bench in front of the school. She think she know the person but not sure she need to see his face.
Seth looked through the papers. He had to sign his name on all of these before he handed them out to the kids for the parents to sign.
He looked up at her.
"Oh yeah." He said. "I'm fine, just checking my paperwork." he smiled.
