Kyle (John's brother)jumped in the pool and and hit John in the back as hard as he could
John turned and pushed his brother's head under water
Charlotte raised her brows. "Okay, violence! I'm out, see you later Cole." She grabbed her bag and pulled on her cover up and Gucci sunglasses before heading back home.
Tanith walked into the pool and sat at a table.
She didnt know why she was here but she ordered a drink and stayed.She spotted Haru and then Charlotte, she remember that day at the beach, them hugging.She put her hair behind her ear, sighed sadly and flopped on the table, deciding to leave in a minute, she couldnt watch them together, she knew Haru and herself werent going out and she thought Haru and Charlotte were dating but she wistfully gazed at him.She turned away and stared at the fence, blankly.

"I'm leaving too." Dillon announced to no one in particular, throwing on a shirt and draping a towel over his dripping red hair before heading out.
Haru looked up and saw Tanith,he climbed out of the water and walked over to her. "Hey,Tanith." He said.
"Oh hey Haru, whats up?" Tanith asked boredly, not looking up from her magizine, she casually flicked through it.
"Nothing,I'm glad your out of the hospital." Haru said,smiling lightly.
"Thanks." Tanith replied, smiling a little "So hows Charlotte?" she asked geniunly.
Haru looked surprised "How would I know?" Haru chuckled a bit "It seems she's going out with Cole,you should ask him."
"Pardon? I thought that you and her where dating?" Tanith asked, desperatly confused.
"What? No,we aren't.She's my ex-girlfriend,She just got back from Paris.She broke up with me before she left." Haru explained

"Ah, right." Tanith replied, feeling a guilty rush of happiness.Se smiled a little and hid her face in the magizine."So whats up?" she asked, her voice a little muffled from behind the mag.
"Didn't you all ready ask 'what's up?'" Haru said grinning "And nothing's up,really,just me and my boring life."
Tanith dropped her magizine on the table and let out a cry "Im SO sorry, I get so confused its beacause of my head and stuff." she replied, tears welling up in her eyes.
"Wha?" Haru said realizing he said the wrong thing "No,it happens to me too! Look,I'm sorry! You shouldn't be!"
"I should, I have been no nasty and horrible." Tanith murmered wiping away the tears.She smiled bravely and gazed at Haru.
Haru sat down,crossing his legs,next to Tanith's chair. "It's ok,Tanith, look you have nothing to apoligize for,it isn't your fault." Haru smiled

"Its is its all my fault." Tanith murmered "I shouldnt have chose this town 8 years ago, I should have chose my mother and then I would've died as well but that would save everyone misery." she whispered, tears again welling up in her eyes.She had never spoken about her mother or 8 years ago

"I'm glad you chose this town," Haru said to her "I wouldn't be happy if you chose your mom.I'm glad your with us here, in this town."
"Thanks." Tanith muttered.She turned away and a tear fell down her cheek then they came fast.
"Your welcome, honestly." Haru smiled,"It's all right to cry."
Tanith smiled "Sorry, its just ive never spoke about my mom dying or anything.Anway, hows the spirit seeing coming along?" she asked happily.
"I haven't seen many around the school, but I really don't care anymore." Haru said grining
"Lucky you!" Tanith said smiling.She lent forward a little, then stopped and bent down to the ground and pretended to zip up her boots.
Haru chuckled a bit, and changed the subject,"Do you want to swim?"
"Uh I havent got the right stuff." Tanith replied lying a little, she gazed longingly at the water, she always loved swimming but if she got any water in her ears it would be dangerous.
