The beautiful words and phrases of the malay language used in certain parts of this novel moved me. Especially with the religious aspects subtly emphasized in the storyline, which makes it sound neither extreme nor insignificant. The two dimensions of time that exist in the storyline demands the writer to inject both use of the classic and colloquial malay language...beautiful indeed
