Where can I buy Silly Putty and Silly String?

I'd really rather not buy from Amazon, so if anyone has any other suggestions before I waste a tank of gas checking out dollar stores, I'd love to hear them!

Check the dollar stores. I see that stuff all the time. I read someplace that troops in Iraq use Silly String to locate trip wires.

Silly String was on the list of things needed for the boxes being sent over to the troops.
I had no idea that it was for something like that.
