Shall we start book nomination for July?
IMO I really can't find any good places to comment in this group except for "Quotes" and "Post Finished Books here". Do you think it would be helpful if we start some more topics on themes, character archetypes or sub-genres like Craig's "Anybody want to fight"?
It seems that a lot of people in this group are have read certain old sf/f books like Lord of the Rings, and have a lot to say about them. Do you think it would be nice to start some discussion topics on sf/f classics like LotR or Dune?

I don't know, maybe you can post on your thread that you hope that thread can be author-free. And I do share your feeling on this :)
