Personality: Though Liam might detest the company of others when you first meet him, he's actually a really nice guy. He inherits his awkwardness around other people from his father, but his inward longing for company from his mortal mother. He's naturally attracted to misfortune, but he hates it because of his nature. Half of him wants to laugh at the "weak and pitiful creature", and the other half feels terrible that he couldn't stop it; as he senses what will happen to the said person before anything ill befalls them. His mind is mostly a mess of emotions, (hatred, confusion, heartbreak) which is part of the reason why he doesn't like people being involved with him. He doesn't like talking about himself, either, for it tends to scare people off (but wasn't that the goal? @.@), and tries to hide the dirty little secret from new demigods as long as possible... Until a Hermes, Aphrodite or Apollo kid spoils it.
Appearance:
Liam has shaggy blonde hair with natural black streaks in it, while he has pure black irises and lightly freckled cheeks. His skin is a bit pale, but he often has a Black and Blue graphic hoodie covering up most of his arms and torso; with ripped black skinny jeans and black converse, which have been splatter-painted with white.
Background: Liam's been at CHB ever since he could remember (Age 5). His mother had to leave him in fear of his father's minions coming after him to work as a slave, and she has never come back. At first, he didn't even know what was going on, and many of the seniors took him under their wings, teaching him the basics of learning to live. However, as soon as Hades claimed Liam as his son (Age 9), his life changed. Everyone started avoiding him like the plague, and sitting at his own table, alone, felt like he was being punished for something he didn't have control over. Since then, he's accepted that he'll always be a social reject (Age 13), and keeps to himself.

Although intelligent, she prefers the "attack first, ask questions later" approach. Though she doesn't know it yet, she's pretty darn good with a sword, but hand-to-hand combat will always be her first choice. While in the ordinary world, her skateboard is her prized posession, and she's damn good on it.
Personality: She's rather quiet, surprising considering her god parent. However, she's actually a loyal friend. Usually. She likes to keep to herself, though. She's not exactly what you would call the typical Ares, but she doesn't mind being different. She'll stand up for her friends, and herself. Of course, the Ares attitude does emerge in times of stress, crisis, anger, and sadness. Backstabbing among Ares children is her biggest fear--secretly, she wants to know for sure that she can depend on her half-siblings.

She's tall and slender, her lithe form hiding lean muscle. Around 5'6, she towers over most other girls her age. Her standard outfit is black cargo pants and a white tanktop, with some kind of solid colored tie tied haphazardly around her neck. White and black tennis shoes are all she ever wears, and she would rather die than dress up.
Background: She's not actually at CHB right now. Instead, she's stuck in the average public school, surrounded by a bunch of imbeciles. Most of whom she hates with a burning passion. Of course, she probably won't react too well to being a demigod...

Personality: Cassie mostly keeps to herself. She never really had many friends, since she switched schools so often. She's also loyal to anyone she knows, and can hold her temper well. She doesn't like to pick fights, but if someone gets on her bad side, she will pay them back.

Background: While Cassie lived with her father, she never knew the truth about her mother. When she was 14, though, monsters began to show up, and her father told her. She ran away, and fought off monsters for about half a year before she teamed up with another demigod. Both were on their way to camp. When they got close, the other demigod was killed by an Empousa. Cassie finally made it to camp, and has been there for about three days.

Personality: Though Kyle might have some quirky bits about him and a few mysterious qualities, he's a cheerful little camper who's friendly to everyone; including those who seem like they'd kill somebody if they were talked to. He wasn't born with the natural ability to read the situation of a room, and would probably start singing Twinkle in the middle of a conversation about world devastation. Though he's a boy, he likes skipping around camp and is actually very good during combat; as since he can't see with his blindfold on, his hearing has become supernaturally good. He can memorize Smells and Sounds, which also means that he can create a mental picture of everything in his head with the mere click of his tongue. He loves getting to know people, and enjoys the sense of touch (usually reaching up with his hands to feel people's faces, to "see" what they look like) and is often very clingy to those he likes. He never seems to sleep, and is often found sitting on the roof of his cabin; his head tilted back at the sky (since he can't see the stars), listening to the sounds of the night with a dreamy smile on his face. His personality makes him act about two or three years younger than he actually is, but don't be fooled, he's dangerous if you ever manage to get him angry.

Kyle has an odd mixture of hair colors; the roots being black that fade to green, which turn to white at the tips. His eyes are emerald green, under his black blindfold (to keep him from being distracted while working, and then some (described in his history)), and he often wears a pure black overcoat with gloves.
Background: Kyle was born only a few miles from the camp; and lived a peaceful life out in the countryside. His father actually encouraged him to roll in mud and other roughhousing while home-schooling him, so that no other children would learn of his disabilities (or true abilities). After 10 years, though, his father received a phone call from camp, telling him "It's time.", and then hanging up. Wordlessly, he packed a few of Kyle's things and drove him to camp. With one tearful goodbye from Kyle and a small wave from the father, he's been there for over 6 months. At one point while he was growing up, though, he accidentally turned a snake to stone out of anger after it bit him, which lead Hecate to send a sign to his father, giving him the blindfold he's never taken off.
Cailin the ex Huntress and Kyle have some kind of bond in the past; when she saved him from a monster before it killed him. They hadn't seen each other in 3 years, but something about whatever happened to Cailin (Artemis abandoning her) is bothering Kyle; as it seems to have greatly impacted the future...
Artifact: The Blindfold; which hinders his magical capabilities greatly, but has increased his endurance and stamina while using magic.

Personality: Richard is different from Percy Jackson. He is always quiet and is always cautious like he is being hunted down. Sure his father is Poseidon, one of the big three, but it seems Richard does not like the attention. When he wants to be alone, he always goes by the river and swims. Richard is always calm and does not want to be bothered. He barely gets angry unless you take his love ones and act mean upon any people. He is smart in his own way because he wants to be.

Talents/Inherited abilties: Plays a mean game of pinochle, a great gambler, high alcohol tolerance, great at making wine, intelligent, and throws epic parties. Not to mention, a great fighter with nearly any weapon she has handy; an exceptional singer (hey, a party girl's gotta be able to do kareoke).
Personality: Definitely a party girl-- she knows how to have fun, but she's not one you want to mess with. She's constantly beating her father at pinochle which drives him up a wall. That and she always drinks wine in front of him to get a good laugh. Intimidating and smart, but a great friend and ally nonetheless. She's pretty neutral about cabin feuds.

She is really careful to avoid relationships on account of her experiences with Artemis, but once sh;e in one she's stuck with it for good. Background: Cailin was left on the streets by her mother after her status as a Halfblood was discovered. She had to put her gifts to good use,putting merchants to sleep and stealing food, or even worse desperate things. She was recruited into the Hunters of Artemis at a very young age. She didn't anticipate breaking the vow of Artemis to relinquish the company of men forever, but then she met a young Apollo boy and slipped. When she was only 13, Artemis herself ejected her from the Huntresses. She was quickly sent away to Camp Halfblood, were she arrives at the present time, and the child of Apollo was killed by Artemis's own arrow out of spite. To this day Cailin still hates Artemis and wants to defy her, but the goddess promised to do the same to anyone with whom Cailin formed a relationship.

He's built up a solid reputation at CHB, and would love to keep it like that, but he's hiding a dark secret that has the potential to bring it all crumbling down. His secret has been weighing on his shoulders for years, and not a day goes by without it haunting his thoughts and actions.

She hates the attention, and also hates what girls normally like to do; wear skirts, go shopping, gossip, etc. She usually doesn't trust a lot of people, but if she does, she is a really nice girl, that sticks up for her friends, though she doesn't really have any. Background: Jackie lived a normal life with her mom, an outsider at school. All the other kids thought she was weird, especially because when she had friends she was invited to someone's house, and she used the tiniest bit of lightning without meaning to and accidentally set a piece of paper on fire. She got it out in time, but everyone avoided her after that. Her mother soon became worried of monsters coming after her, so her mother brought her to Camp Half Blood, and she's been here ever since she was 13. Her father claimed her when she was 14, but she already had no friends, so it didn't matter.

Background: Gwen was ten years old when her inherited powers came into play, and she had to spend three years at a mental institute. After being released from the hospital, she spent two years running from monsters, before she stumbled (literally) onto Camp Half-Blood. She still doesn’t trust anyone, so she drops by every once in a while, spending most of her time at her aunt’s house in Brooklyn.

Phere has waist-length, natural silken valentine-brown, or light-rose-red hair, moon-kissed skin and two completely identical deep blue eyes. She is about 5'7", 115lbs and has a very nice, slim, hour-glass figure. She usually wears light pink, magenta, purple, or deep blue clothing, all of which are formal clothing, (i.e., flowy dresses, suits, etc.), or extremely showy summer outfits reserved especially for Skye. She also has a liking to high heeled shoes, boots, and the occasional slipper.
Background: Phere has literally grown up at Camp Half blood. She was left in a basket on Chirion's doorstep one morning and was instantly recognised as Aphrodite's child for being so beautiful. She's lived there since.

He has a very faint accent (Although noticeable, he gets defensive about it when you mention it) and fair skin; though he loves being outside, no matter what the weather. From his delicate nature and extremely caring personality, he's a great nurse (with his knowledge of the local herbs) and a sensitive guy who's easily affected by pranks, jokes, harsh comments, criticism... etc, etc. His heart is practically worn on his sleeve 24/7 (and Hermes kids love pulling pranks on him) but his love is reserved for one girl, and one girl only: Crystal Phere.
Appearance:
Skye has grassy green highlights that are mixed in his shaggy earth-brown mop of hair; a nice foliage color mixed in with a lime for his eyes. He has an elvish look about him with a naturally cautious disposition; but his outfits are usually colored in lax nature tones, consisting of green and brown hues with the occasional pink, red, gold or white fringing. The shirts have large collars, long sleeves (with cuffs) and tail ends, while his pants are usually comfortable brown corduroy trousers. Often times he will run around barefoot (he likes the feeling of dirt on his feet; though it sometimes disgusts Phere), but will otherwise wear leather hiking boots.
Background: Skye was picked up from his old school on Phere's first quest. He had been living with his drunk father for the past 15 years and was sick of it; but was still too young to get away. A soon as Phere came to his doorstep and asked him to leave with her, how could he have said no? Plus, she was also using pheromones to win over his affection. Personality: To everybody except him, Rory appears to have two moods: happy and angry. When he's happy, which is most of the time, he is friendly, cheerful and joking. But because he is happy even when he's holding a knife to your throat (or slitting it), that doesn't always mean much. When Rory is angry, you do not want to be around. He goes into Unstoppable-Revenge-Machine mode, and I mean unstoppable. Whenever this happens he blacks out and doesn't remember anything he does or that happens to him during this time. Thankfully, it takes a very large event to make him that angry, so it rarely happens. He gets into fights a lot but is very, um, dangerous so his opponents usually back down. And he acts kinda hyper.
Appearance: Rory has spiky dark hair bleached orange at the tips. He has pale skin and dark, alert eyes. His teeth are very white. He always wears an oversized black leather jacket and black jeans.
Background: Rory's father (not actually his father, as Rory found out later) was a drunken bastard and his mother left shortly after having Rory's sister, when Rory was three. Rory grew up taking care of his younger sister and putting food on the table. One day when he was ten years old, his father came home particularly drunk and angry. When Rory's sister, who hadn't eaten in over a week, begged him for food, Rory's father hit her so hard she flew across the room. Rory tried to get her to wake up, and when she didn't, felt furious at his father for his sister's death. His memory was a blank from that moment until he found himself wandering the streets with blood on his hands. After that he was on the run from from the police until he arrived at Camp Half-Blood.

Even so, she usually lives for the moment, always having fun. She hates homework and usually shoves it off to the side, even though she's so smart. Charles doesn't tend to get mad easily, but when she does, the first thing she'll do is grab the instigator and give them her infamous Charlie Horse.

Background: Charles was found by Phere on the same quest that she'd found Skyler, but was left for dead by the child of Aphrodite, due to a quarrel between the two. Because of her father being Apollo, Charles was cast aside by Phere and left to get to Camp Half Blood by herself. Of course, she didn't tell Chiron or any of the other adults this, for she wanted to have the rep of getting to camp without the assistance of a Satyr or questling. Even so, she hates Phere and continuously gets her to do things for her by using black mail--she'll tell Skye and the others what Phere'd done to her and ruin Phere's life.
Crush: Surprisingly enough, she finds Rory attractive for being the most feared kid in camp.

Personality: Arrow is classy. He ballroom dances and plays piano like it was the easiest thing in the world. He loves classic romance novels and romance in general; and he expresses his love in an often incredibly corny way (i.e. poems, bouquets of roses, etc.). He's had heartbreak before, and often finds it making appearances in his poetry (which he writes in a quill pen on rose-perfumed paper). Arrow gets really clingy to people and can be kind of annoying for that, yet he's incredibly calm and straight-faced. Once in a while he'll lose himself and make an incredibly pervy/inappropriate joke, which he resents greatly. He strives to be a good student but can be easily distracted from his schoolwork by love, shadows, and red wine.

Three moons ago, when Chiron was out traveling to find more Demi-gods, he happened upon Arrow standing out in the moonlight. He almost instantly recognized him as a son of Nyx and was just about to confront him when a sudden harpie burst from the shadows and attacked the poor child. Chiron had been quick to kill the monster, but even so, Arrow had suffered such a blow to the head that it caused him to forget everything other than his name. Because of this, Arrow has no idea who he is exactly, and doesn't know his family other than he is the son of Nyx.

Meadow's pretty, but not in a 'Daughter Of Aphrodite' way, with sepia hair streaked with a pale ocean blue. She usually keeps her mop of hair in a low ponytail, reaching the center of her slouched shoulder blades. Her dark navy eyes are flecked with a pale gray, and are usually hidden by a pair of black 'nerd' glasses; even though she actually doesn't need the glasses (She wears them because she thinks they're cute). Her freckled face is usually full of paint smears, and her hands are usually covered in charcoal, because of her painting and drawing so often. Her slim body is not built for sports- just running. She has a lanky build, standing at 5'4 currently, and Meadow's long runner's legs can carry her far- currently she might try out for a cross-country team.
Personality : Meadow's quiet and sweet personality is deceiving- she's truthfully very gossipy. She really never warms up to people and acts like her real self, unless she sees that this person is trustworthy and worth it. Her sweet girl front is followed by a slight 'ditz' act- but, again this is a act. The only 'real' thing about her fake persona is that she is as truthful as hell. But, her real self is much, much more secretive. She's quiet, calculating and deceitful- a perfect follower. She takes pleasure in few things- running, painting and fighting being some of them. In a fight, she's said to be violent, fighting with a strange passion. As said before, she runs. Running helps her escape the chaos of camp and think. And painting? Well, it runs in her blood. Apollo IS the god of the arts, after all.

A hapless satyr called 'Aj' had met her, and convinced the stubborn girl to go to CHB.

Ratger has black/blue hair with red streaks, and usually wears dark clothes outlined in red. He has orange eyes, and is pretty short for his age. Ratger always has some type of explosive on him, so it can be dangerous to hug him. His skin is usually covered in a fine layer of soot, due to his workings in the forges. He looks a tiny bit Mexican-ish.
Background:
Ratger has lived pretty good most of his life with his Mom and Uncle in Canada, but was sent to Camp Half Blood recently for stealing and blowing up his aunt's wedding. He was
escorted to Camp Half Blood by a very confused satyr, and got attacked by monsters during several unintended detours.

She has this aura that naturally pushes people away from her. Lena doesn't need much to be entertained, and would rather be practicing her fighting skills than actually using them. She enjoys reading dark humor, and occasionally cracks a joke or two. Other people don't really notice her, even though she stands out. She is almost never emotional, and always thinks with her head, not her heart. Although, if you insult her, she can beat you up, big time. Background: Lena's mom died when she was four, and Lena was sent off to live with her grandmother. She began spending holidays at camp half blood when she was eight. She moved to camp half blood when she was thirteen, when her mortal classmates started harassing her for being different, (though mostly because they were scared of her) and she almost strangled a girl with a grapevine.

When she's at school over the fall, winter, and spring, she just guesses and doesn't learn a thing. She's gotten caught sometimes, and gotten in trouble.
Personality: Bright, bubbly, fun, but has a short temper. Really hard-headed. Will stand up for any half-siblings she may have. She's got a bright outlook on the rest of her life when she's at CHB, but when she's at her regular school, she comes to realize how hard it really is going to be, without any special protection.
