Math Error in Book Ratings?

I check on my Deadly Currents book and noticed that it has 9 ratings from Goodreads users, 8 that are 5 stars and 1 that is 3 stars, yet the average rating is only 3.11. According to my math, the average rating should be 4.8. Why is the average rating so low?

It also says there's only one review when there are a few.
