That's the case with Japanese.

Haha, you're mum banned you from buying them??

message 2702: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) Love that Japanese the Grudge. it's way scarier than the english one..

Not really banned, just discourage.. but I still buy if I'm in the mood :)

message 2703: by Natshane, H.F.G.Stealer (new)

Natshane | 5296 comments Mod
I so totally agree. Actually Japanese/Korean/Thailand's horror flicks are the scariest.

Cool! But I'm not really interested in the adult's horror flicks though ><

message 2704: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) I totally agree with that. =)) that gives total creeps.

though some of the ghost stories aren't that scary.. that's why I stopped buying too.

~nods~
Have you watched Final Destination 5?

message 2706: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) Oh yes, I've watched it. it's not as gory as the previous FD movies..

message 2707: by Natshane, H.F.G.Stealer (new)

Natshane | 5296 comments Mod
They said it was very real, but I doubt it>< My fav Fd is the the third one.

message 2708: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) Same here, my fav FD is the third one. I like the flow of the story and how they presented the clues on how are they going to die. :)

I don't really like the 5th one..

message 2709: by Natshane, H.F.G.Stealer (new)

Natshane | 5296 comments Mod
Oh my! You're the first!
I just think the acting in the 3rd one is more genuine and like you said, the clues are better and it's more adrenaline junkie.

I already know I won't like the 5th one from the trailer, but heck, I'll watch it anyway.

message 2710: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) Yes, and the song there, geez. It made me paranoid 'There is someone, walking behind you, turn around, look at me' dang! that's really scary..

well you try it anyway.. I won't give a spoiler, only one part of the movie is the grossiest ;)

message 2711: by Natshane, H.F.G.Stealer (new)

Natshane | 5296 comments Mod
I sing that to my brother to creep him out! Haha

Lemme guess....the eye laser scene?

message 2712: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) hahahaha!! yes.. it was scary.. :D

nope.. the gymnast scene ;) it's the grossiest for me. (oops spoiler)

message 2713: by Natshane, H.F.G.Stealer (new)

Natshane | 5296 comments Mod
Oh, I saw that scene, I mean glimpse of it! LOL...I'll prepare myself for that gore
As much as I love horror, I don't like gore.

message 2714: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) that is the grossiest. I was like.. DAMN THAT HURTS.
and the way they died, it's too simple unlike the 3rd one.

Don't watch Saw movies if you don't like gore ;)

I know! And I think the main character carried a certain aura around her.

The problem is, I have 4 saw movies, my mum and bro watched them ~.~

PS. Have you watched Frozen (2010)?

Yes and I do love the third one. She is the best character in FD.
Damn if you don't like bloody and gory. don't watch you might puke..

haven't watch Frozen (2010)
not updated with new movies..

oh btw. Legacy of Lies & Don't Tell (Dark Secrets, #1) by Elizabeth Chandler totally recommended. :) especially the 'Legacy of Lies' almost done, and proceeding with 'Don't tell'

message 2719: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) LOL!!!!! that's funny nat! you should finish it till the end.. (though it's not that really good)

The first story is mystery and I love it. :) idk if you will like it.. I'm tensed and it gave me creeps at first. too bad it's not that long.. almost done with the first story.
