You need to make sure the URL is complete. It looks like you're missing 'jpg' or something like that on the end. Check the URL and you should get it.

I just randomly went to google and try one out, but I can't seem to post picture from forums :( Btw, is it possible to post pictures in hardrives too?

You should be able to post from forums as long as it has a url and something like 'jpg' on the end it should work.

Um no I don't you can, you'll need to upload the photo to photobucket.com or tinypic.com and it'll give you a URL for you to use to post on forums and blogs and stuff.
