It did inspire me to be a more positive person for a while. How far I have been able to stick to the idea is a completely different question.

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments Pointing out just one is hard! But I'd pick To Kill a Mockingbird. Though the issues captured in the book can't be generally "found" nowadays, yet, the values and emotions portrayed by the characters, especially that of Atticus, left an indelible mark on me.

I can recommend many books, but instead of one I will recommend two:

1) The Discovery of India
2) Guns, Germs and Steel

Umm.. ok correction, i read Monster Calls yesterday so its fresh in my mind but I have a lot of favourites so far in my reading career.

The Humans and The Great Gatsby being two of my most favourites. I also loved The Nightinglae by Kristin Hanna.

I don't really like recommending because reading prefences change with persons immediate frame of mind. :)

I would search like romantic movies u should watch before u die .... action movies u should wat.... and would go on a bungee watch the recommendation :)

This book had given my 13 yo self a whole new perception of how one should look at a person. This book couldn't have explained in a better way the big difference there is between one's soul and one's body.

Reading minds and going invisible both are tricky but I would prefer going invincible rather than reading minds and feeling hard
