Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments Not a very big fan of Ludacris (or rap, for that matter). I only happen to have heard one song with him in it (a David Guetta). Sorry, no guesses from me :/

TTPBM (if you're Abhay), what's the name of the song? xD

TTPBM (general), favorite TV/Online series?

TTPBM _ How would you react if your foe shares a very old specific memories online?

like some images before this enemy phase

message 21156: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments That's a highly specific question, seems you've been through it.
Well I wouldn't react in any way as such. I'd stay mum.

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments This past year (2017-18), about 90% of my time was wasted. I just got one opportunity, nailed it. I don't remember any other chances as such.

TTPBM, if you follow the World Cup, do you think Germany could get eliminated in the group stage itself?

message 21158: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments Paneer + Paranthas.

TTPBM, your stance on censorship (particularly the Indian censors)?

message 21159: by Selva (new)

Selva | 3391 comments we should follow the American system.pure and simple. Anyway, that is what is going to happen but it might take some time.

Ttpbm: How do you spend a typical Saturday?

message 21167: by [deleted user] (new)

Mostly cleaning and with family

Ttpmb: Suggest a good movie to watch on a rainy day.

message 21168: by Yash (last edited Jun 22, 2018 08:36AM) (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments Depends on your taste and language preferred; I'd suggest a romcom or a musical? La La Land seems apt. If you have time to kill, Titanic. Or if you want cars and action, try Baby Driver.

TTPBM, do you like cold winters?

message 21169: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments I used to be a hardcore fanatic of planes and spacecraft, so I wanted to be some kinda pilot. My height and vision then gave me a "dokha", so I had to leave that where it belonged - my childhood dreams.

TTPBM, longest you've read at a stretch?

message 21174: by [deleted user] (new)

I read A Suitable Boy (1400+ pages) over the span of a weekend.

Ttpbm: Same?

message 21175: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments Quite possibly the evening, I get to meet my friends, we play table tennis or football, and enjoy; I look forward to those two hours everyday. It's one of the few times of the day when I let the tensions of my current situation (getting a good college) just disappear for a while.

message 21179: by Jarvis (new)

Jarvis @yash, How love, Simon? They changed a major part of the plot in the movie. They will probably have trouble filling a few loopholes in case they make a movie of the sequel. 😂

message 21180: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments Well, I still did find the movie pretty good. And yeah, a Leah movie is in the pipeline.

message 21181: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments Also, I haven't seen too many book remakes. OMGWAIT I didn't put TFIOS there 😮 stupid me

message 21182: by Jarvis (new)

Jarvis I absolutely hated that they put the love angle between Leah and Simon. -_-

Gehna wrote: "I absolutely hated that they put the love angle between Leah and Simon. -_-"

Albeit a one-sided (duh!) love angle with barely two scenes even hinting at it.

message 21185: by Jarvis (new)

Jarvis Yes, but Leah is bi and she likes Abbie. That's book 2. :/

message 21186: by Selva (new)

Selva | 3391 comments I happened to watch Love, Simon after seeing Yash's comment. Totally likeable.

Glad I could help! ^-^

Perks of Being a Wallflower. Period.
TFIOS doesn't really count (does it?) and Paper Towns sucked.

message 21188: by Selva (new)

Selva | 3391 comments The school of Rock is my fav. There have been certain other films but I fail to recall their names. Like the perks of being a wallflower too. American Graffiti is another very good one.

Same?

message 21189: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments The School of Rock isn't high school, it's middle school.

message 21190: by Selva (new)

Selva | 3391 comments Yeah, but I meant in a broader way. The template is the same. Bunch of unruly kids, a school teacher...n how he brings about a change. I mean many movies follow that structure.

Did you think La La Land was worthy of all the praise?

message 21191: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments I'm not a fan of musical movies, and I did find La La Land a bore. But the story was actually good, supported by the excellent performances of Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone. Good thing it didn't win the Oscar for best movie tho (fumble by the presenter haha.)

TTPBM, how often do you feel like you've woken up on the wrong side of the bed (metaphorically speaking)?

message 21192: by Selva (new)

Selva | 3391 comments Doesn't happen much. Not that I always sleep soundly but that doesn't particularly make me irritable. Now that I am not really working, I can take a nap whenever I want.

Same?

message 21193: by Yash (new)

Yash (vyash2k) | 809 comments Hasn't happened since long. Maybe now I'm just in a better state of mind, with less stuff to stress over (school + entrances done) and more time to just enjoy the day as it is.

TTPBM, what do you think about YouTubing/video making as a profession? Is it viable in today's age (given the talent and resources are available aplenty)?

message 21194: by Selva (new)

Selva | 3391 comments There is plenty of money in YouTube if u have any captivating talent. By resources you just need a good video camera n that u can upgrade as you go. The challenge is to get the initial fan base. After that, I believe it is on an auto-pilot mode. I don't want to name the youtuber but I am totally envious of the kind of money she must be making for a 8-10 min video where all she does is answers a bunch of audience questions with, of course, some endearing girly antics.

You have any fav youtuber?
