We have all heard of the Rani padmini palace which was named after her!As far as I know most of the characters and indicidents that have been cited in the film are real!

@ Sucharita - Yes, totally. There was this show on Netflix called Ekaant and Sanrachna. I watched all the episodes and loved it. Ekaant was so much better though. :)
