TTPBM: LOTR, Book or Movie?

message 1652: by bharat (new)

bharat pantula (pantula) | 42 comments No. I don't. I'm scared that the director's vision wouldn't match mine!! I haven't watched all the parts of LOTR yet and it happens to be one of my favorite books of all time.

The only exception has been A Clockwork Orange. I watched the movie first and read the book later but I enjoyed Kubrick's version much more than the original itself.

TTPBM: Do you enjoy your work?

message 1653: by Mansee (last edited May 16, 2011 04:45AM) (new)

Mansee | 2037 comments I enjoy the work part of it...i.e. the actual work but hate the add ons of a corporate life..the politics, the diplomacy and the works
