I try doing a ' miniature' headstand for some time .It really works for me.

Lovesfrost | 2224 comments @Akansha there was this survey article I came across some time back which stated that reading quality literary fiction improves empathy, and lack of empathy is a serious problem these days so from that perspective it might be a little bit beneficial right?:D
