Answer : Actually both reading and music.I can't sleep without either reading a book or listening to a few songs.
Mostly when I read at night, my book falls off my hands after I fall asleep
and usually I doze off to sleep while listening to a song.
Sometimes, I also watch movies till late (like 3pm in the morning!!)

Reading. I too read till I drop. And occasionally music on my ipod. But then sometimes I drift off to sleep with music on, so nowadays put it on sleeper mode
