message 6207: by Nikhat (new)

Nikhat Hetavkar (nikbookchatter) | 403 comments The Devil Wears Prada, for the simple reason that it was the only movie that was better than its books.

But favourite book to movie adaptation would be Harry Potter and The Hunger Games

TTPBM : Same

message 6208: by Caroline (new)

Caroline (caroline_tzipi) | 21 comments I'm totally crazy about "A Clockwork Orange", "Battle Royale" (where the movie sometimes manages to correct some of the book's mistakes) and "The Green Mile", which was absolutely perfect! And if I'm only allowed to name one movie, then, without a doubt, I chose "The Green Mile". The movie was so similar, not to say "exactly" like what I had in mind when I read the book. I would never have believed that such a fabulous adaptation existed!

And I love this question, so:

message 6213: by Nikhat (last edited Apr 23, 2014 12:24AM) (new)

Nikhat Hetavkar (nikbookchatter) | 403 comments There is nothing to accept. When there are two people who make a consensual decision which in no way harms the society they live in. I don't understand why people judge so much!
Live and let live. One cannot go around changing the mindset of every person. The law must however be updated to align with the changing equation of romantic relationships. Be it legalizing Homosexuality or live in relationships
