Calibre will convert your files to most formats - epub, mobi, and lit for example.

Dumb question, but one of my epub novels was added without the full stops after my initials so it won't show on my author's page. Does anyone happen to know how I can get this fixed? Maybe contact a "librarian" but I can't see how to contact one.

I seem to have a hard time figuring Goodreads out, I'm sorry to say. :(

Select the book to bring up its details, and in the overview there should be a button that says "Edit details." These details include the author's name and you should be able to correct it there.

When I try to edit it I get this message: "Sorry, only users with librarian status can edit book & author data. If you'd like librarian status, please apply here."

I don't want to apply to have librarian status (whatever that is). I just want to put in full stops after the initials. LOL

I honestly (and hope this isn't rude) WISH they would make Goodreads easier to use. I think they lose a lot of people would use it because it is quite user unfriendly at least to newcomers. Heck, I've been a member for ages and I still haven't figured out most of it.

Only users with librarian status can edit book data. Authors can edit books attached to their accounts, but not any others.

It won't attach to my account without the full stops! It says I'm not the author. That is absolutely the only difference. So how do I find a librarian to fix it for me??

Librarians are those users on Goodreads who maintain the boot database. They fix inaccurate information, update new editions, fix covers, etc. If you tell me the name of the book, I'll fix it for you.

It's Wings of Evil and I very much appreciate you fixing it for me! All it seems to need is the full stops. Or that's how it seems. It is recognising me as the author of all my other novels.
