Facing Windows

I just watched this Italian film last night(Netflix 2004). It is about a modern family who's life is graced by the presence of a Holocaust survivor with dementia. The story is well presented and the acting is superb. I loved the editing to show time travel and the window scene at the moment when the woman discovers her life and what she must do. This story was just as unique as it was a typical lovers conflict. As with many Italian films, it also has an element of food to entice the viewer which will leave you craving sugar toward the end. The ending was somewhat predictable but still left you wondering. I hope you will enjoy this film as much as I did.
