Looking for digital copy

Does anyone know where I might find a digital copy of The grand debate concerning Presbitery and independency by the Assembly of Divines convened at Westminster by authority of Parliament concerning first ... the presbiteriall government that is either an audiobook or can be read via text to speech? My dad bumped his head and was hoping to have a computer read it to him so he can prepare for some sort of re-enactment of the "Grand Debate." :)
