Should I try to find a more neutral/objective summary and replace it? Does someone want to contact the user and ask them to move it to their personal review section?

If you can find a better description please do. I would assume the review writer would already have it in their review section, as well.

I wouldn't delete the table of contents he's reproduced, though. That would be helpful for some readers, I would think.
