Some type of big chopped salad.

Yesterday I sauted one yellow and one orange bell pepper with chopped cilantro, and scrambled eggs into it. I didn't think it would be that good because the peppers are sweet, but it was surprisingly good.

Jack left town and only his brother Foggy Freddy was available.
The fire was contained but the chestnuts came out as planned.

Hope all had a Merry Christmas and now we await the New Year.

Oh, I've got more chestnuts.

If that were my menu, I would need the good luck. My delicate digestion would certainly balk at the herring. Enjoy your evening & may that luck carry all the way through 2022!

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments My project for later this afternoon: LASAGNE. It's very cold here, and my oven has been repaired, so I am ready.

Still debating about vegetarian or add some Italian sausage?

And I usually used a combination of Provolone and Parmesan. But I may include some (whole milk) Ricotta.
