How did the chocolate ricotta come out????Yum.
Last night I made linguini with pesto, asparagus, goat cheese, and portabella mushrooms. We ate it with raspberry lambic out on the porch. It was a gorgeous evening! Then we had hazlenut gelato with cinammon graham crackers for dessert. Happy Sarah.
Italian cream cake, or whatever the guys leftover for me to eat.
And John Dory provençal, black truffle crushed potatoes and shrimp alfredo.

I am going to coat the boneless pork chops in Italian dressing then seasoned bread crumbs and bake them for supper. Serve with buttered noodles and green beans.
Herb salad, including watercress, topped with the following which has been gently sauteed: button mushrooms, brussels sprouts, peapods. A sprinkling of romano cheese and a very light caesar vinaigrette.
Mcdonalds Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, and Grilled Chicken sandwich. And a small order of fries and McFlurry.
Butter chicken & rice with shallow fried chapatti.

I did. Three hours of running around a track seems to expand your stomach.

I use to be able to sit down and eat two footlong hot dogs and two orders of tots from Sonic. Not so much anymore. Enjoy it while you can Esme.
Dinner last night and tonight (also lunch): kale, brown rice, and curried soybeans. The soybeans were a pre-spiced cheat-pack that Zu grabbed at Trader Joe's to try, but I mixed them into real food to make up for all the sodium if you eat a full serving. They're ok, but I like those same flavors (curry, cumin, cinnamon) better on chickpeas.
Brown rice with watercress, brussels sprouts, peapods, a little paneer, and an egg on top. All cooked together. It's not pretty, but it's really good.
It's funny, because when I bought the cheese it was labeled "panner." I had no idea what panner was, and googled it when I got home, and there was nothing on the internet about panner cheese. So then I ate some and realized it was paneer.

Potato gatto, chicken and mango salad, and banana cream pie.
Black-pepper-crusted boneless pork chop, scalloped potatoes and either green beans or a romaine salad.

Probably makes for a cleaner place mat around you too.::wonders how messy it might get if I tried to eat blindfolded::
Eating out at Masa with friends. I'm not a fan of Japanese, but you can't argue with the rules of thumb war. Has anyone been there? Is it any good?
I had a Smart One- Fettucini and Broccoli- and made Kraft Mac and Cheese for the kidlets. We washed it down with Cadbury Mini Eggs. Super healthy, I know.

I won't be home from work until after 8pm. My husband is cooking. Manwich, tater tots and canned peas.
Larry, I have no idea, and it's not on the Manwich homepage either, just says the product was introduced in 1969.
