pulled pork - barbecuesweet corn coblets
grape and quinoa salad (raspberry vinegar)
& some other stuff
We're having pumpkin soup. We bought a large Kent pumpkin from our local farmers market so it should be tasty.
I'm feeling way too lazy to cook. Potentially some kind of noodles, followed by a honeycrisp apple.
London broil thin sliced roast beef with provolone and lettuce on sourdough bread. Krispy Kreme glazed chocolate pie (which I won't buy again, extremely average. I was just curious about it).
Whole Foods hot deli: chicken vesuvio, beef stew, bangers and mash, and cod with lemon basil sauce, basmati rice. Very tasty.

I'll bring home made horseradish. And scotch of course.

Ah, well. That the way it goes ;)
I'm planning Salmon for dinner.
Easter dinner at my house: Beef Brisket, roasted Brussells sprouts, green salad. I am trying not to pick at the brisket. Cooked all day yesterday.
Barbeque is not necessarily meat. Lots of veggies, like mushrooms, squash, onions, are delicious on the grill. What did you fix, Lobstergirl? It's a lovely day in Iowa, now I am inspired to get some shrimp and veggie skewers ready to grill.
It was from the store, not homemade. And it was actually good. Inside a bun. It was flavorful and they got the texture right, it almost seemed like I was eating meat. I would definitely eat it again. I'm not vegetarian or vegan, though. I like meat but I'm usually too lazy to prepare it myself so I end up eating things that are not meat.
Grilled isn't necessarily barbecue. There are *rules* to these things :)
Beyond that, it gets very complicated and people take sides real fast and seriously.
Green beans with crumbled bacon (not the same green beans as in the above post), leftover rotisserie chicken, chocolate cranberry crunch (almonds, walnuts) trail mix.
