No idea. Maybe just let the Mr. BBQ his steak and I'll have some chicken or something.
I cranked up the slow cooker today and chucked in some lamb. I added whole carrots, some celery, a tin of tomatoes, and a sachet of herbs and spices. I'm thinking some chickpeas might be tasty in there too.

Whew. That was a bit unnerving for a second there when I pictured cute little hedgehogs as your dinner.

Possibly horse meat... OK, I'll change my bolognaise and use lamb mince instead of beef, just to be on the safe side.
Lundberg short grain brown rice (which is totally delicious, I should buy it more often) topped with spicy chili.
Half a PB sandwich and a glass of milk.

I grew up calling them Porcupine Meatballs. My former brother in law was obsessed with them. Nancy refuses to fix them to this day.
I'm going to braise some braciole I got from shoprite and reheat what's left over from the creamed spinach I made for lunch.
That's my usual state of mind. I'm just inspired because I went grocery shopping yesterday. It doesn't happen that often.
The Rock! I so love the jalapeño Day Trippers.
It's 12:00 am, and I know what I'm having for dinner tonight. Got some great jumbo shrimp on sale yesterday, so it's shrimp scampi with baked potato and salad for me tonight.
Tonight I am making up a concoction revolving around LG's couscous and bean salad dish. I am cooking up some dry beans to throw in with the couscous. I think I might add in some broccoli, too. I am using a red pepper vinaigrette for flavor and to cook the toasted tri-color couscous in. I hope it turns out.
We had a great dinner last night--T Bone steak and braised kale with a splash of red wine vinegar. Don't think I can top that. I have a chicken thawing. Roasted chicken always works on a snowy day.
