We had some amazing beef brisket. I cooked it on the stove top over the weekend, it had a few days to marinade in red wine, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaf and beef stock before we ate it. SO tender.

Tonight we are having grilled lamb chops with steamed carrots and broccoli and potato.

I think it's when you insert a half-full can of beer into the body cavity of the chicken, then BBQ the chicken in a vertical position.
