That sounds good . Is it ricotta cheese inside the rolled meat ?

I'm actually not sure what exactly is inside of them. I buy them readymade from the meat counter at shoprite. I keep meaning to try making them from scratch, but theirs are good! And not very expensive, either.
Cereal. Honey is out of town visiting his mom. I can't bring myself to cook for one.

No more babies yet. Just back to school jitters. I even threw up this morning before school like I was getting ready to give a speech before the entire student body.

Nah, Phil. I've got some granola, some honey nut cheerios, honey bunches of oats...it's a honey theme.
Cereal ONE MORE TIME; Larry comes home tomorrow at 5:45! *dances around wooting*
P.S. I never liked Lucky Charms as a kid. The charms were okay, but rest of it was pretty gross, like slightly glazed cardboard.

Leftover rice and grilled spicy sausage, fried chicken thigh. Either a banana or a popsicle for dessert.

I always picked out the charms, then my mom made me eat the cardboard...

My mother never would have bought Lucky Charms in a million years. If she had we would have thought we won the lottery.

I think my mom may have bought the no-name (black and white box) Lucky Charms once. We swooned with joy.

Yeah, well, I would have loved it if my mom were a bit more engaged. I always wanted a cookie baking mom. Instead I got a Oreo buying mom. Fruit Loops, Oreos and PLENTY of Kool-Aid in front of the TV (baby-sitter).

I'm making fried rice and rissoles. Mr evie gets a break from kitchen slavery because I always do the cooking while I'm on holidays.

Tonight the plan is fish . I'll probably grill it, or pan fry it with pepper, butter, and fresh lemon juice. I'm limited with the vegetables so I will do oven fries and salad on the side.
I made spinach and artichoke lasagna and salad for dinner and boccone dolce for dessert. It was delicious.
