Oh Emily. Really?

Emily E (emily_e1) | 1032 comments There is something to be said for fetal moments, but it is feta cheese that really makes me smile :)

And olive oil and tomatoes, the world would be a dull place without them.

Yellow rice with sweet potato and broccoli, maybe Grasshopper cookies.

Turkey bacon makes me vomit.

But I'm sure you're still fantastic, 90s-born Linda.

I was born in that decade, but I agree with you Sally! I had some yesterday, it was ok. It just isn't bacon. And, it made me sick for the rest of the night.

Sally (mrsnolte) | 17373 comments Mod
In which decade were you born, child?
Turkey bacon is repulsive stuff. Just against nature, it is.

message 1215: by Laurin (new)

Laurin (llooloo) | 1867 comments The 1990s. Unless Linda was born in the 1890s, then I'm a bit off.

Unfortunely I was born in the 1990's :( The 1800's were so much more interesting! But I only eat turkey bacon because my grandma likes it so much (seriously! She'd eat it everyday if I would fix it)
I LOVE PORK!!!!!

I can tell I'm going to have a Phil/Clark issue with Laurin&Linda.

message 1220: by Laurin (new)

Laurin (llooloo) | 1867 comments Why is that?

I'm glad that pork was added to the title of the thread.

Sally has distinguishing issues. It's best for her if you can really set yourself apart in some way, either with an eye-popping avatar or a theme song that plays whenever she mouses over you.

message 1222: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Mouses over you.

message 1223: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11850 comments Dinner was Cap'n Crunch with Crunchberries.

And no, crunchberries are not real fruit.

message 1224: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Dr. Cynthia grilled ribeyes and lobster tails last night. Delicious. No need for melted butter on those lobster tails--just a little spice mix and olive oil. We were eating like millionaires.

Where do you buy your bazillionaires and how do you prepare them? Do you prefer bazillionaires to hippies?

message 1227: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Sorry-- did not mean to sound so boastful there. I know I'm lucky to be able to eat so well.

No need to apologize. You're allowed to spoil yourself once in a while.

message 1229: by Jammies (new)

Jammies Cynthia, you have nothing to apologize for! I'm glad you and Dr. Cyn had a lovely dinner.

janine, I think Phil prefers bazillionaires to penis cookies.

I'm dyslexic today apparently. I read that as "we did share Daughter #2 with my mom and brother." I thought Cynthia was becoming weird.

message 1232: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments It's happened before, LG. The weird part, I mean. I have never been a cannibal, to my knowledge.

I don't know....maybe ice cream.

message 1235: by Stina (new)

Stina (stinalee) | 749 comments I was introduced to a frozen yogurt place near my house where you grab a cup and fill it with your flavor of choice and then top it with all of the lovely things this place has thought of to offer for the super bargain of .44 an ounce*. Now I crave this crap on a daily basis and could eat it all the time.

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT! Frozen Yogurt for dinner... paid for by either me or my sister, depending on who loses less at WW tonight.

*I am not sure this is a bargain, but it's delicious so I don't even care.

message 1236: by Laurin (new)

Linda (lindacee) | 292 comments I'm going to contradict the heading:
Who doesn't love pork? Pigs! That's who.
As my pig farmer uncle would say, "pigs will eat anything and I haven't met one yet that didn't like bacon"

message 1248: by smetchie (new)

smetchie | 4034 comments what flavor? And why do people love frozen yogurt so much lining up around the block for that stupid pinkberry?! At least in the old days they tried to make it taste like ice cream. Now its just yogurt. Frozen.

Well, we haven't ruled out a relationship yet. If your uncle's name is Cleo I'll shit a brick. :)
