I made fried eggs with paneer and arugula (wilted, over top the eggs). So good.

When I was growing up we called that 'toad in a hole.' My husband calls it 'moon over Miami.' Very tasty.

Yep. a good friend's mom, alzheimers plus stroke. The really sad one was the second one--age 61--cardiac complications that started out with flu-like symptoms. Yikes.

Well... It can be, but this time its made with lots of brown sugar :)
But I have a recipe for zucchini cheese bread that I want to try next time I fix soup.
