I want to read the Lightkeeper's daughter! Actually, the whole series looks good.
I'm currently reading High on a Mountain by Tommie Lyn and One Little Sin by Liz Carlyle. Enjoying them both ;-)
The Lightkeepers series is really good. Love it!
I won't say what I just read, but I am still recovering from reading a book so bad that I wanted to poke my eyeballs out when I was done. I'm one of those people who HAS to finish a book, no matter how bad it is. So now I need a really good book to make up for it.

Lol! Glad to know I am not the only one! :D I do the same thing.
Me too. I usually have to finish a book no matter whether I like it or not. But I take my time doing so. I have about 3 books I started that I didn't care for that I will eventually finish reading. I hardly give up on a book just because of curiousity on how it ends.I just finished Lady in the Mist by Laurie Alice Eakes, and I give it 4 because I didn't like it as much as a 5, but it was good and I liked the ending. It kept me going at times, but was easier to put down than others I have read.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who can't not finish a book. I envy friends who can put them down.
Today I just started The Wednesday Letters. I am already half way done. It is a quick read, but so far it is a touching story.

Started and finished A Face in the Clouds by Marianne Evans in 20 mins. It's only 40 pages. Really enjoyed it. And it's a FREE download at www.whiterosepublishing.com. At least it was at the time of the post.
I finished The Wednesday Letters..... A very quick and easy read. Felt that something was missing, but still enjoyable.
today I finished Beautiful Disaster. This love story had a little bit of everything. It had you feeling the love, the anger, the sadness, the fear, happiness etc.. worth the read

Jennifer and Joy, I am so loving that mail order bride twist!! I think what I most enjoy about Laurie Kingery's Brides of Simpson Creek series is how empowered these heroines are. It really takes a lot of guts for these women to stand up and take charge of their destinies like that!

I can so imagine me as one of those women! lol
Good morning, all! I just finished reading My Foolish Heart, Beyond the Dead Forest, and now I'm starting Until Forever. Guess I just can't function unless I have 3 books going at the same time! :)
Ambitious, Amanda. I'm a one at a time girl. But I'm also writing a new historical proposal and revising a book. Does that count?
Amanda wrote: "Good morning, all! I just finished reading My Foolish Heart, Beyond the Dead Forest, and now I'm starting Until Forever. Guess I just can't function un..."lol i got three books going right now...I do it all the time!
Lyn Cote's book I just finished couple days ago., it is wonderful story and enjoyed it very much. I now reading " Sons of Thunder by Susan May Warren.
I finished A Merry Heart by Wanda Brunstetter and A Time to Laugh (Montana Territory Series #3) by Kelly Eileen Hake. I enjoyed them both.

Head in the Clouds byKaren
Witemeyer (I hope to finish before Friday).
Montana Dawn by Caroline Fyffe (Just started. I read the sample and couldn't stop reading).
Secrets of Harmony Grove by Mindy Starns Clark (Having trouble finishing this one too)
Leota's Garden by Francine Rivers (I can't get into and barely started).
Leota's Garden isn't Francine River's best one. I had a hard time with that one myself. I loved every other one of her books she has written though.
I finished Crazy in Love. While not the kind of love story I thought it would be, It was a decent one. It was more about the female character's issue's and more about her family. The love showed through for her family and husband.
question: Am interested in reading Harlequin's Love Inspired series. Just wondering -- is the print in these books very very small? Thanks in advance, Peg
