Well - only fun in the game ;)Real life - NEVER!
And well I know I would love it and I want it!!
What are the questions like? About book or film?
When...the ringer for your phone is the theme song to P&P (1995, of course). That's not crazy, right? http://www.madringtones.org/tone/6739...

The questions are about the book. For ex: "When Eliza enters the drawing room at Netherfield, she finds the whole party at loo, meaning a) dancing; b) playing cards; or c) using the chamber pots." You won't believe how many times people I've played against chose c!
When characters in a film or novel all end up having some relation to each other, you say "It's like a Jane Austen novel!"
agree with all those 4!1.four and twenty does sound better!
2.i use that and also intolerable and insufferable all the time!
3.any name from austen i hear and my ears prick up!
4.and i try to do that anyway! ;)

You use phrases from the books and movies in everyday life ("scandolously patched up marriage" "what a shame for I dearly love to laugh") much to the other person's confusion
When your husband asks "did you just quote me some Austen then?" in the course of normal conversation!

Still, the board game can be fun, but it's really only for true die-hard Janeites! Everyone in this group would love it but our friends would think we're nuts!
