This weekend I posted Chapter 11 to my book blog The Black Dionysia, in which Aristotle interviews Jorge Borges about the puzzles that obsessed him and the novels he never wrote.A few pages into his reading of The Lost Biography of Zeus, but still farther along than we've come in our own reading, Theseus is interrupted by Aristotle.
“That might turn out to be an important detail,” the philosopher says, taking the opportunity to pour himself another glass of ouzo. “I mean the twelve dead flies in his hotel window.”
“And you say that why?” asks Jorge. “Because twelve is such a symbolic number?”
“Precisely. We've already been told by the author to look at time as if it were a puzzle. Now the number twelve turns up in the sliding track of the protagonist's window. I can't believe that would be a coincidence.”
Jorge fishes out one of his new packs of cigarettes. “Maybe not, maybe not. But it seems rash to assume this twelve has anything to do with time, Aristotle. Remember, twelve might be the number of hours in a day and months in a year but it has a range of other meanings as well.”

I am an Australian paranormal writer and published poet. I am 22 years old and I won a writing competition in 2011 which led me to do a photo shoot. I also teach about blogging and I'm currently writing a supernatural novel which I will publish in the near future. I'm also registered for the Artist Register in my council. Feel free to pop by my page and website by clicking on my name for more details! If you like me, you can like my page, follow my blog and be updated with my posts! My website already has more than 79,000+ views! I have a page about my novel (which includes 5 chapters already up for reading) and ghost experiences too, as well as articles on many different haunted places around Australia, which I'm sure you'll find extremely interesting. But wait, it’s not just about the paranormal! I wrote about my life experiences and things I love to do. Feel free to follow and like the link underneath and give me a link to your pages and blog too. I’d love to give back as well! =)www.facebook.com/SKSAINItheauthor

Ania, I love languages too. I speak English (ny native language) and Spanish fluently, French, once fluent, now somewhat rusty. I've been teaching myself Russian and Japanese (oral only) with CDs and enjoying it, especially when I can get around with bare essenials in Japan, Russia and Ukraine. It's a great feeling being able to communicate with someone in their own language.
