I am fairly new to the book blogging world and although I share a blog with a few friends, I am trying to get my blog off the ground. Would anyone want to help me get followers? I am going to update my blog tomorrow and some tonight. In between 3 kids, school, sleep, clean, etc sometimes my blogging fails. I want to be better at it. Also, I write for an online penpal magazine for a year now, so maybe that will come in to play with my book review blogging. Emily, I can't post on some blogger accounts because my computer freaks out; however, I really liked your post I'm not as different as you think. It really opened my eyes. The issue of disability in YA fiction was one I hadn't even really thought about before. I'm ashamed to say that, but it's the truth.Thanks for opening my eyes!

BLOG SPOTLIGHT--I really like Danica Page's idea--to spotlight a group of interesting blogs.I think an overview would be a real service and avoid the "I'll follow you if you follow me," syndrome. I'd really like to see some blogs by writers of YA (and other) as well as reader/reviewers. I'm interested in finding out what's exciting out there and being pointed to different books and views.
I'm new to this group, but it seems like a great way to meet bloggers. I started a book blog a few years ago, but got very few people to read it, so I sorta stopped blogging...I mean if no one was reading it why bother?
