I just finished "Black Wings" and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the characters and the plot. I was intrigued... The story just flowed so that it was difficult to put down. I'll definitely be reading the next. I'm very curious what will become of Maddy considering everything she has found out. I give it four stars :)

I finished my read for Urban Fantasy, Kissing Sin...4*s..I have really liked this series. I was anxious to read the 2nd book because I wanted Riley & Quinn to grow in their relationship by the end of this book I think Quinn is a complete ass & would like to see Riley move on. Definitely going to read Book #3 in the series.

I'm finished reading my YA Fantasy book
I rated it 5*
So this series thus far has been GREAT! This book was a bit slow for me the first half but,the ending really kicked it up a notch & I didn't see it coming! I love Rose and cant get enough of her trials and tribulations! And Dimitri....wow what can I say??? I guess I'll have to read the next book...

Congratulations Betty Dolls - not only do we have a stamp for our YA-Fantasy shelf but I finally finished my Demon read (just now in fact) & with that here is my review...

Succubus on Top - 4*s....I love this series. This was book #2 in the series & I liked it just as well as if not better than the 1st one. Georgina may be a millenia old but she faces the same trials & tribulations that the rest of us mortals face. I love her definitely going to read book #3 but book #2 leaves you breathless wanting more.

I finished my urban-fantasy book. Destined for an Early Grave ****

I love Cat & Bones so watching them fight and tear each other apart through a lot of this book is difficult. I actually stayed up too late reading to get to a part where they were OK with each other so I could sleep. Vlad & Annette both have some great lines and serve to break up the tension a bit. There were some revelations in this story (and others hinted at - I know something's up with Don!) that will push the series in new directions and I'm looking forward to the continued journey with Cat & Bones.

A hard read to get into. An unlikeable heroine with a ton of baggage, but on the whole worth sticking it out to read the whole book. Will I read the next in the series ...... Maybe.

Alright I finally finished Night Shift by Lilith Saintcrow and I give the book 4 stars. I really enjoyed this one. It was funny, intense, and just a bit repetitive with information. I liked how I was able to connect with the character more with some of the descriptions especially during the action parts (even though those didn't last that long). One thing I feel I must mention for the odd reason it is, was that I noticed at the the beginning Kiss had a real religious part to her that she seemed to lose somewhere in the middle of the book but brought it back towards the end. Losing an identity then regaining it, I don't know why that bugs me with the majority of characters I read in books. Oh well. Overall, great book and I'll most likely end up buying this series.

For our next shelf I will be reading Insatiable by Meg Cabot.

I finished "This Side of the Grave" on our trip back from England today. I have to say, I enjoyed it but it wasn't my favorite in this series by a long shot. I felt the plot was a bit anticlimactic which was a bit disappointing in comparison to the other books from this series. However, I love this series, feel there is a lot in store so I give it **** stars.

I finally managed to finish Nightlife.
- 3 Stars. I really liked the characters, but the book really didn't start to grip me until towards the end. The middle was a bit of a hard slog. saying that though I'm pretty sure I'll give the next one a chance.
