I just registered- I thought that registering was by invitation only, but it's not, they give you the books by invitation only. Do you request the title you want?

Sylvia, I got accepted! They sent me a link to Cryer's Cross, which didn't work because the eGalleys expire when the book comes out, which it did. So I e-mailed customer support, and hopefully they'll get back to me soon, but in the meantime, can you try to attach the download into a e-mail to me? Try thedismalstate@gmail.com

Melissa, Sure thing. Their customer support is really terrible. I called the Toronto base today, and the operator transferred me to publicity, but the line just kept on ringing and ringing. I called back about three more times- same thing. Eventually I just left a message for a random person in the staff directory in the hopes that they'll pass it along to someone relevant. I also have the e-mail as back up. I'm really upset. You'd think they could make an effort to update the eGalleys.
Yeah I got accepted into the egalley and downloaded the adobe digital reader only to find that there are no books there to read. I only have something called "Cypress Cross" and even that isnt available to read. What is this I don't understand how this eGalley system works. If anyone figures it out please post the answer.Thanks.

Mia, Do you mean Cryer's Cross? I've tried downloading it, but because the book has already been published, the eGalley expired. I'm wondering if this was just because they haven't updated it yet? Guess I'll find out when I get a reply back to my e-mail or get the newsletter.

Well I think if you registered for the Galley Grab program and get accepted, which we did, then we should get one automatically.
Thats what i thought too! i made an account last friday all i got was the eread thing and its pointless without any books to add to it. I want wahs already! please let me know if you recieve it and i will let u know if i recieve it.
